Warranty and Return Policy

Return Policy and Warranty Procedure

Purchased TV Parts Return Policy

Products purchased from this site are eligible for return within thirty (30) days from the initial order date.  Return acceptance is granted provided the item is returned in its original condition.  All eligible purchased item returns are subject to an automatic standard 20% restocking fee which is based on the original purchase price of the item.  Any items returned after the approved thirty-day time period will not be eligible for a refund.  Eligible returns processing may take up to four weeks from the receipt at our facility.

Repaired TV Parts Return Policy

All items received at PTS through the Repair and Return service option are not eligible for refund as these items are being serviced, not purchased.

 

Return Item Procedure

Purchased Items Return for Credit

Log into your PTS account through the "My Account" menu, select the "Completed Orders" link which will allow you to view past orders.  Once you see the previous web order you would like to return, select the "Return Item(s)" link next to that specific item. Selecting this option will re-direct you to a return request form where you will be able to fill in the required fields via the drop down selection(s) and add a reason for the return in your own words in the comment area.  Select "Submit Return Request". Once your submission has been received you will be issued an RMA number allowing you to return your item and receive an email with further instructions.

Repaired Items Returned for Warranty

PTS Electronics, Inc., is proud to offer a six (6) month warranty on all items purchased and all items repaired through our Repair and Return service program.
